(PLUS: sheet music for The Windmills Of Your Mind)
The next pair of tutorials introduce the song “The Windmills Of Your Mind.” It was used at the opening of, and throughout, the 1968 film “The Thomas Crown Affair.”
The music was written by French composer Michel LeGrand. Alan and Marilyn Bergman added English lyrics. Together with these lyrics, the song won the Academy Award for Best Original Song.

My arrangement of this song keeps things simple. The melody moves continuously throughout the song and requires the right hand to move into several different positions throughout. So to balance this, I have added easy two-note chords in the left hand of the first part of the song. For variation, I split these chords into separate notes for the second half.
